Stenny products are shipped from our California warehouse and are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Delivery is handled by FedEx, DHL, or USPS depending on the destination.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
For returns due to change of mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Custom-made items or final clearance sale products are not eligible for return.
For international orders, return shipping and handling fees may range from approximately $25 to $80, depending on region and shipping method.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received.
