All STENNY orders ship directly from our facility in Korea to addresses in the United States.
Orders ship within 1–3 business days, and most orders arrive within 10–15 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Free standard shipping on orders over $50 to the contiguous US. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories: $30 flat rate (10–17 business days).

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
For returns due to change of mind, international return shipping costs to Korea are the customer’s responsibility.
Custom-made items or final clearance sale products are not eligible for return.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received.
