Shipping policy

All STENNY orders ship directly from our facility in Korea by international express to addresses in the United States.

Processing time
Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Korean public holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 10–15 business days. Delivery times can occasionally be longer during holidays or due to customs or carrier delays.

Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on orders over $50 to the contiguous United States.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories: $30 flat rate (10–17 business days).

Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. If you need to change your address, email hello@stenny.com right away; we can only update it before your order ships.

Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please see our Refund Policy or contact hello@stenny.com and we will make it right.
